PortEDU Monthly License
Monthly license charge of PortEDU is AU$400/- for the first processor and AU$200/- for subsequent processors. Our processor counting is same as in Oracle database licence.
There are no contract terms. You may cancel anytime you like. The first month license charge is due on order, subsequent monthly charge paid in advance like house rent.
Monthly license comes with unlimited usage, upgrades, email and phone call support (business hours).
PortEDU Dedicated Server
PortEDU will need a dedicated server preferably hosted in a secure data center. We can organise hosting for you at your cost (Australia or overseas).
We get good value from dedicated servers hosted in Canada. Following is the monthly cost of hosting in Canada along with PortEDU licence charge.

PortEDU User Training Session
We provide onsite training sessions for PortEDU Administrators, Teachers and Students. We charge $75/- per hour for running these training sessions at your site.
PortEDU Runtime Monitoring
PortEDU runtime monitoring is a complementary approach to increase the assurance of correct execution in production. We can monitor your PortEDU dedicated server for degradation and unavailability issues.
The price of our PortEDU Runtime Monitoring service is AU$20/- per month for unlimited email notifications and maximum of 50 SMS notifications.
SSL Certificate
PortEDU can run with or without SSL certificate. SSL certificate is used to confirm the identity of your institution, encrypt and ensure the integrity of data during transmission.
We strongly recommend running PortEDU with SSL certificate. We can help you choose the right SSL certificate. The price of our recommended SSL certificate is well within $100/- per annum. You will directly pay the amount to the provider.
